Wonderful Receptionist , wonderful staff, will be staying again. Also really nice clean property and great breakfast (better than LK down the street! ) I stayed at both and much prefer Bluetree. Plus walk across the street to the mall!

We have stayed at most of the upscale hotels in Florianopolis...we always come back to Blue Tree Premium for one reason, the staff....and end up being reminded of how comfortable the rooms are, how clean the property is and the great breakfast! Shout out to Adrian at the Front Desk who always has a smile, a pleasant greeting and a genuine offer to assist...we will be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!

The hotel attended us pretty good, it's very convenient to be directly in front of a shopping mall and the overall location is good. The overall facilities are quite nice. Night club hotel

Don't stay here unless you don't want to sleep. the "bar" directly across the street is acutally a night club that thumps until 2AM every night!

We were on February during the Carnival. The hotel is good, not old, good neighbourhood, short walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants and sidewalk along the beach. However it is not a walking distance from far from the Public (historical) Market which is where most of the action is

I like the staff and the hospitality provided by the staff. the Hotel was nice and everything worked. in our first room we had a horrible smell coming from the AC but staff made a quick move for us the min we mentioned it. i would say those need to be cleaned out better if anything but i was very pleased with the hotel and the friendliness of staff during my stay. thank you Blue Tree Family!!
