"This was our second time visiting, we had a great time and the room was beautiful with an ocean view, we spend a good time at the pool, went out dining and enjoyed a beautiful morning at the beach, the Staff was great at checking and we like the restaurant at the resort. We will be back"
"Check in could have been better. We arrived early and was told we would be notified when our room was ready but no one notified us. I had to check again on my own after waiting for hours in the lobby. Room was clean, but the bathroom door handle came off when I tried to close the door, the sink had a poor drain, elevator didnt work, no ice machine nearby you have to go to lobby to request ice, and no microwave anywhere on premises. The private beach, pool, and hot tub were awesome and they did...
"The room was clean but you could tell some things needed some general maintenance. Lightbulbs burned out, cracks in sink and countertops. The staff wasn’t very helpful navigating the layout of the resort so I just wondered until I figured it out on my own. Pools were pretty small for the size of the resort and there was no beach/ocean access due to seaweed. It was farther away than most of the activity areas on the island than I expected also."
