Room was Classic “old Florida “ if you like that style. Room was clean. Location was good. Restaurant and bar looked nice though we didn’t try. Beach was large and pool looked ok too. Help was friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay there again but to each his own.

Room was exactly as shown on pictures but seemed a lot smaller in person. Hotel has a peaceful vibe which we appreciated. Not much going on around the hotel so if you’re looking for a vibrant place this is not it. Staff could be friendlier, specially the ladies at the front desk. Oh...and the private beach is ok but no swimming 😕

The room was really clean. Bed was super comfy! Decorated so cute! Housekeepers were very good. The office staff was rude and unfriendly. The only one that was nice was the young lady working the morning we checked out. It felt like they were being inconvenienced by our questions. The resort as a whole was really cute and a very comfortable stay.

It was clean for an old hotel and the bar staff was very friendly but if you’re looking for the real Key West experience, it’s too far away and on a busy highway. Not worth the minimal savings especially if you add in cab fare to get anywhere else.

The rooms are a bit dated and quite small but very clean. The staff could have been more friendly, but we had just what we needed. This was an excellent value for what we paid. The restaurant on the property was very good. It's called the Stoned Crab (seafood). The breakfast that was included with our hotel rate was great. I would recommend.

I love the property, its beautiful place I took the bay front resort, its awesome view and beach chair , hammock all made my stay so pleasurable. Breakfast was typical and English breakfast. Stone crab restaurant has a good food little pricey. all amenities and recreation activities like kayak, jet ski, feeding shark 1pm and 5 pm free, bicycle and bike available for rent. overall good experience. but if you late to check out they charge more , I had to pay $ 100 and resort fee to checkout at 1pm instead of 11am ,

There are many positives like the property and little beach on the bay and rental bikes. However, I did not know this was a smoker's hotel. Ashtrays outside all the rooms and many people smoking on the property. Also, a 26 dollar "resort fee" is not justified. It is a hotel with some amentities you habe to pay extra for.
