The property perfectly combines authentic Italian character with modern comfort, featuring stunning beamed ceilings, traditional terracotta floors, tasteful furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a relaxing stay.The villa was immaculate, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The private pool was a real highlight, offering complete peace and privacy as well as breathtaking views of rolling vineyards and the beautiful Umbrian hills that seem to stretch forever.The setting is idyllic. The nights were wonderfully silent, allowing us to completely unwind, and the clear skies revealed an incredible canopy of bright stars. It was the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family and this beautiful part of Italy..Despite its tranquil location, the villa is conveniently close to local services, shops, restaurants, and all that charming Città della Pievehas to offer. We ate at Da Laura Ristorante for a delicious and memorable first lunch. It is on the top floor so you need to haul your suitcases up three stories of stairs. Streets are tight but manageable. Parking lot 2 minute walk away."
