"JW Marriott was tip-top from the start to the end. Staff were attentive, helpful and courteous right from the get-go. I was struggling with setting up Meituan for food deliveries and reception was helpful to help ensure that I can still get deliveries without a China number. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable one."

"I stayed five nights at the Waldorf in a premier room overlooking the street. The room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was enormous and very modern. The hotel service was top-notch, especially Caffrey the Concierge. He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions about Beijing, especially since it was my first time there. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Beijing, just a 10-minute walk from the Forbidden City. There are also many high-end shops and department stores right outside the hotel. My only suggestion is that the breakfast lobby can get quite busy in the mornings due to the limited space and food choices. Otherwise, there’s nothing negative to say about the hotel. "

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."
