Enjoyable

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

I will definitely stay here again

This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. We stayed for a whole week at this hotel with our two grandchildren and my husband, it was a great place to stay Close to the beach and shopping.

Enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to many things however parking was very expensive.
