"The staff members were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, about 7 to 10 minutes to the International Marketplace. The cleaning staff ensured tour room was kept immaculate and well-so supplied. The valet parking rates are a bit high but only $10 per day higher than the nearby parking garages. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient."

"Overall the property was great and so was our stay. I do wish the water slides didn’t have all staggered open hours. That really bummed out my kids as well as many others. The rest of the stay was great!"
