"Liked- the location, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall.It was obvious that a lot of care was put into making the environment warm, inviting and pleasant. The breakfast was good. As almost every one else mentioned the small-ness of the room was indeed a chalenge. I stayed in the business double room and there was not enough space for just me, and I am a small person. The room was so cramped that everytime I turned around I knocked part of my body on something. Unfortunately the room was too small for my stay to be comfortable. I would stay again though, but in a different room."

"Hotel is a bit tired.The location is excellent bus stops outside the hotel there is also a tram station across the road A few minutes walk from the hotel there is a Tourist Information Office the staff are really knowledgeable and really friendly and helpful. Lots of shops near by many restaurants in walking distance parking is in a secure carpark at the side of the hotel.A plus for us was the hotel welcomed our dog. at no extra charge. If you like Museums visit the Gazi Museum it is very interesting and is free. Only a short walk from the hotel.and there is a Mall near it."
