"This is a FANTASTIC little area. Pretty close to the city, but we had such a lovely time in Noblesville downtown area, completely worth the time. The place was very nice, we were able to make dinner for ourselves every night and have our lunches out and about, table was good for playing board games as well. Would have wanted to know ahead of time that the water wasn’t good to drink though, and we ended up having to purchase hand soap and toilet paper as they had very little in stock (literally 1 extra roll, and there were 5 of us for 4 nights.). But still very nice place! Also, they said they do recycling but they didn’t seem to have a container, so not sure about that one."

"This apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was great to walk to restaurants and shops.It was accurately depicted, the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean, the notebook with restaurant menus was extremely helpful, the barn door divider was awesome, the host was so accommodating…a place we would definitely recommend!"

"Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Not as AdvertisedStay: Fri:5/1 – Mon: 5/4/2026Reason for stay: Ball State College Graduation Family members from out of state: Kentucky, Texas and FloridaThings we experienced during our stay:•No working smoke alarms•Overall lack of property cleanliness•Multiple outlets in bedrooms not working•Lack of blinds/window coverings in front and back windows of the house•Lack of hot water for showers and washing up anything during the stayOur family has stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this one by far was the worst when considering the expectations that one has when staying at a VRBO.While the location was convenient and the home had enough space for our group, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, cleanliness was a major issue. There were ants in the kitchen and rotting fruit on the counter. The frig was full of open containers and food which left very little space for our food.The lack of curtains/blinds in the house affected both privacy and sleep. No working outlets in the upstairs bedrooms was very inconvienent (i.e. C-pap user).With the timing of our stay and graduation ceremony the morning after check-in, we were unable to look for other accommodations, so we made the best of it. Overall, the property did not match the listing, photos or expectations. It is listed as a 6 bedroom and there were only 4 bedrooms and common spaces that could be used for sleeping. We would not recommend this home."

"It was perfect! Right by really nice paved walking paths that take you into town. We went for the Peony Festival and we were close to everything. The neighborhood the house was in was very clean with a park 1 block over. Noblesville is a very clean, beautiful town. Will definitely stay again!"
