"To me it was a decent stay"

"I live in Manhattan, NY, and I have traveled on three continents. It does not take a lot to make a hotel great. This was the quietest place I have stayed in ages. Very clean, good breakfast options, and constant coffee- THANK YOU!!! The best feature, however, are the employees from the front desk to the maids to the lady serving breakfast - all great. They made me want to move to Denison because they were so nice."

"This is place is a joke and I would not ever recommend staying. #1 The hotel advertised a breakfast but they were out of everything. The lobby area where you would have a breakfast smelled so bad I thought it was sewer. #2 It is infested with roaches the size of Texas. We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. You are taking a chance if you choose this place. ITS...
