"We are third year repeat visit to this property on the coastal sakonnet river for a reason—lovely views, steps from the beach, breezes right on the deck. Ocean beaches are easy to drive to, as is Bristol/warren if you want to go north. The house is airy, bright, and comfortable. It’s an added bonus to have a variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Highly recommend!"
"Our stay was great! Noelle is a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive both in advance of our stay, and during it (although we really didn’t need anything during our stay). The house did not disappoint! It’s just as depicted. The outdoor space is great for hanging out. And the location is convenient to Newport, Bristol, Tiverton and beyond. "
"Lovely house and very well-equipped! It’s right on the water and has an amazing view. It is also right on a road, which wasn’t too busy on weekdays, so there is some car noise when you’re sitting on the porch but it wasn’t bad and is covered by the sound of the wind and waves in the afternoon. Very easy check in and out process and Suzanne was easy to communicate with. Great AC which was helpful as it was quite hot when we were there. "

"There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed."

"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."
"This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again."

"The title is almost an understatement. Everything from communication at check in and throughout our stay was extremely considerate and timely. Nick and his wife took a lot of care to make sure that we felt welcome—they had a beautiful charcuterie board and pastries as well as some refrigeration staples. We came together here with a group of out of town relatives to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. The house was beautiful, clean, the property is immaculately kept. We were very close to the beach, town, a playground, yoga/pilates studio and every Sunday there is a town farmers market. The space was more than adequate for everyone to sprawl out and feel comfortable. We were able to do a lot of cooking and grilling, ate dinner on the patio. The waterfront view from the patio with the boats is breathtaking at sunset. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you so much for a lovely experience from beginning to end!"
