"Room was an end unit with bright lights outside. Arrived, noted to make sure doors locked. Behind blackout curtains, all windows opened and unlocked, locks look like they had been forced, or could be broken into. Hot time of year, AC turned on while in the room, turned off when returned, loud when running, near busy highways, also noisy, and room hot; made sleeping difficult. Went to discuss concerns with staff a number of times, no one in office. Not the bungalow like as presented on site, more typical motel, not worth premium motel pricing."
