"On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property also offers EV charging, which is a great amenity in theory. However, the biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude, which really affected our experience. We were traveling with a child and were initially placed in a very noisy room. Be careful when booking — the hotel is located right next to a highway, and some rooms get significant road noise. I explained that it would be impossible for us to sleep in those conditions, but instead of resolving the situation, we were told we could switch rooms only by paying extra. This felt very unfair — in situations like this, I believe a hotel should offer a solution or upgrade, not force guests to pay more. We also had a very unpleasant situation with the EV charger. After our Tesla finished charging, my husband returned the adapter, but later I was surprised to receive an email saying we hadn’t returned it — and we were charged for it not once, but twice. I called the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue, and the staff were rude and insisted the adapter had not been returned. Only after three calls did they finally admit it was their mistake. Unfortunately, the issue is still not fully resolved — the charges have not yet been reversed, and I have not received any confirmation by email. Overall, while the hotel itself is good, the service and handling of issues were very disappointing."

"Beverly was very welcoming. When we booked the house, she sent a PDF of how to get there which was very clear—we didn't even need GPS(A small detail that went a long way in helping us plan our stay)! I truely enjoyed my drive from SF to this place.We had such a lovely time with nature. The location is perfectly set right between Muir Woods and Muir Beach, and we got to feed scrub jays right outside on the patio (yes, she had snacks for the curious birds!). The views of the ocean, hills, and beach are amazing. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow stretching across the land to the ocean, which felt like a fairy tale.If you are looking to get away from traffic and noise, this is the place to be. We had no issues during our stay, and this was one of the most well-equipped rentals ever. I loved how she had all the essentials that we forgot to pack, like an umbrella and beach towels. 11/10 recommend if you’re looking for a getaway with the prettiest views and coolest vibes!"

"Bed comfy, bathtub amazing, staff friendly, the area itself was fun to wander around with the family. Room was very small, sent a message through Hotels.com before arrival that no one responded to, called hotel and nobody answered. Was disspointed for the price how tiny it was. View was ok, but not worth the price. Hotel room very noisy during early mornings from the street traffic. GPS took me to the back of property down a extremely steep windy road to a parking lot and had no idea how to get to lobby. "
