Breakfast buffet adequate but extremely crowded. Small request unfulfilled. Probably will be better after remodeling but had I know I would have booked a more comfortable lodging experience. Expedia should have warned of these issues."

"Great design, very central location. We got the room with Times Square view. A bit noisy also at night, even so we stayed on the 22nd floor. But since we stayed only for 1 night, this was exactly what we wanted to be in the very center of touristic actions. Staff was friendly, but not super nice and accommodating. I wished they also offered complimentary water in the room. "
