"We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children"

"Beautiful home and surroundings which made for a peaceful and very enjoyable vacation. The hostess was very easy to connect with for any questions, the pool was absolutely gorgeous with spa, and we were in close proximity to spending time also on Sanibel and Captiva. Highly recommend and plan to return someday soon!!"

"The pool was great! We used it a lot. The beds were comfortable, the couches were not. Everything was clean. The microwave didn’t work, but there was a very small one on the counter. A dinner size plate didn’t fit in it. I was just happy to have a microwave that worked. They had some beach chairs and umbrellas that we took to Sanibel. That was very nice to have. Jill quickly responded to any questions I had. We had a great stay and definitely would return. "

"House is Beautiful . Fully equipped with just about everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys. Plenty of cooking utensils. Pool area great with dock for fishing..Host responded quickly..Will definitely be back.."
