The property is in a perfect location, so you can stroll along cobbled streets lined with independent boutiques, galleries and restaurants, or take a scenic 1-mile walk to Readymoney Cove, a sheltered sandy beach. Above the cove, you can discover more about the local history at St Catherine’s Castle, a 15th-century fort offering breathtaking coastal views.
Enter the apartment building at ground level, then take the stairs to the front door of this elegant second-floor property. A welcoming hallway leads to a beautifully designed open-plan living space that’s full of natural light. A chic kitchen area boasts all the appliances to rustle up some tasty treats, and bar-style seating keeps things social.
