"Pros- Clean and safe hotel. Greeted with a smile when I walked in and we checked in early no problem. Breakfast was fully restocked even close to closing time. Staff was friendly and cordial even to our guest visiting us at hotel with regards to parking. We used the pool, gym and laundry room - all were clean. Forgot clothes in laundry room after closing and the night attendant let me in twice. It wasn’t a problem at all, it wasn’t a bother whenever my group needed anything or had a question....

"The staff was polite and very helpful. It is an easy uber drive into the city. There is a Waffle House right next door that was great. However, we had several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. "Front desk was very slow although nice. Only one person there to handle everything. Property was not in top shape and it appeared a few homeless people were using the facilities. The area around didn’t seem too safe. Room door was not very secure or sealed and refrigerator didn’t work very well. "

"It was just OK. You get what you pay for. Our first room had a smell, but they were very kind and moved us to a different room. Our bed frames were too big for the mattresses, so expect to hit your shins getting in and out of the bed. I really appreciated all of the extra outlets and charging ports in the room. The sink area is outside the bathroom. There are refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The bottles are Dove brand, but the contents were definitely not the original Dove...
