"Staff is really nice and helpful. They tried to make our stay a pleasant one even though their A/C had problems in one of their rooms but to fix it we had to be outside our room for more than an hour.
The hotel is clean and convenient if you will continue your journey by train since the train station is only a few blocks away. The hotel is small and needs a good make over specially the elevator. We had a bathtub and didn’t like it because it’s quite hard to step out and there are no handles to...
"It was a 5 minute walk to Roma Termini which was great! Our room was clean, had lots of towels and very comfortable beds with nice bedding. The area around the hotel was quiet at night which was great as we didn’t have any street noise or noise from the hotel. It was nice to have breakfast included as we could have a quick bite and a coffee in the morning before starting our day. My only complaint was that the water filling station was only on in the morning to fill our water bottles....
