The property was in a great location, walkable to all major sites and was kept clean, staff was very friendly, only thing I did not like was the fact I could hear everyone checking in and out from my room and all conversations in the lobby at all hours of the night, I was in the room next to the reception desk on the right which I feel is not a great spot to have a room, could also hear everyone going up and down the stairs

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our visit very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from many of the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. The staff was outstanding: always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Another highlight was the hotel’s proximity to a wide variety of excellent restaurants, which gave us the chance to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine right around the corner. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Hotel Golden was perfect for our stay- the staff were all really helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the location was close to both the Spagna metro station, and some of the major attractions in Rome.

This is an old building in down town Rome. Built in 1820’s. The hotel is family owned and was comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and offered some great local tips and advise. Saved us a bunch of euro’s. This is not the usual large hotels we were used to staying in. Great place to stay overnight while we waited for our cruise.

Stayed here for a few nights upon our arrival to Rome before taking the train to Florence. Hotel has the most amazing helpful staff unfortunately our luggage somehow didn’t make it to Rome with us. The hotel owner was so kind as to contact baggage claim for us and tried his best to help us find our luggage, we are checking out and headed to Florence without luggage but was so impressed with how amazing the staff at Hotel Golden are. I would stay here again simply for this fact… hotel was quiet, AC was amazing, cute clean room with all that was needed for a quick stay. Located within walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and a few plazas. Great coffee shop located below hotel on bottom floor.
