Needed a place to stay for a night on a very last minute notice. They had same day availability l, checked me in quickly and easily, and the room was perfect for what I needed. No drama, no hassle, in and out the next morning. Would stay again if I ever had the need.

Hotel room was extremely dirty. No one vacuum the room. The walls had dirt all over them. The countertop was never wiped down there was dried up food on the counter. We got there late or I would have left to find something else. Pillows were very old and flat but the sheets were clean. We slept and got out of there as fast as we could. One shining star was the Auditor he was a very nice person with good customer service.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff that I came in contact with. They were friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. I also would like to especially thank 2 of the front desk employees: ISAIAH; He got me all checked in, & I appreciated that he made sure I was happy with my room beforehand. All my questions were answered, even when I had a few questions that haven’t been asked before, I appreciated him for making sure I had answers. He is a phenomenal employee all around. SHAWANA: She helped me with my keys when they weren’t working & saw me coming in and I needed an extra hand she was quick to lend her hand to help me. I appreciated that. OVERALL the staff is amazing and I appreciate how helpful and nice they were. My only complaint would be is.. I called 3 times to see if I could check in earlier and every time I was told “@ 3.. @ 3pm.” & when I arrived it is offered to CHECK IN Early.. it’s just an extra fee.. but I was not informed of that and it was very disappointing that I wasn’t able to check in earlier & it is offered.

The room was very dated. The bed was a raised metal bed frame, older bedspread and two flat pillows. It was clean. Carpet had some stains, ceiling fire alarm had something sprayed in the vents so I don’t think it worked and the toilet had an inch of caulk around the base. Towels “looked” clean - all two of them. The refrigerator was an added benefit. We were able to refreeze our ice packs. The parking was ample and safe. Our room was quiet but the other one was very noisy (reserved two rooms).

Do not stay here! The lobby was dirty and smelled of weed upon our arrival. The staff was polite but clearly under the influence. Once inside our room, we entered to a room that was over 80 degrees. Inside the bathroom, there wasn’t just one bug, but several crawling around on the floor. The toilet and bathtub were both unsealed at the bottom and had clear mold and mildew. After checking the bed found the sheets to have what appeared to be a large yellow urine stain in the middle. We opted not to stay the night and demanded a refund.

First room had a clogged toilet that we didn’t even use. Husband even asked for a plunger and couldn’t resolve it. Second room had cockroaches!!! Woke up and found dead cockroaches in the fridge and 3 got into my son’s milk bottles!!!! They said they’d have the manager call me but nobody called, nobody cared, and basically oh well too bad. So we wasted formula and that’s not cheap!!
