"The Dwell team did an excellent job communicating, ensuring we had enough resources on site for our big group, and the house accommodated all 45 of us without anyone sleeping on couches or feeling overwhelming. The massive kitchen, dishwashers, and 3 mega fridges made it a breeze for our culinary team to thrive, and the theater made for an epic immersion into audio/video. 12/10 experience!"

"Perfect house in the perfect location. We loved our stay here with friends. It was 6 adults with 2 dogs and we all had room to hang together, relax and visit some wineries. The beds were comfy and it was so nice a quiet. The house was cozy and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We liked the other touches like the record player and albums in the cool loft, wireless speaker in the kitchen and dog towels so we didn’t have muddy paws running around the house. We had so much fun we are already planning to do this again next year."

"Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! "

"This was a decent place to stay for myself and two of my sons while we were in the area for a Notre Dame football game. Some body soap and more shampoo in the shower would have been nice, but it was good enough for us for two nights. I assume the house is on well water, as the shower and sink put off an unpleasant smell, but that's probably our only complaint. The host was very responsive and even agreed to my last-minute, late checkout request."

"Wow. If you want a unique experience this is it. Clean, one of a kind spot, really everything you could want in a place. In the middle of wine country too!Beds were A.comfy, Heather had great communication and recommendations, and having the fire pit was nice. A lot of people have asked me about the space since I posted the pictures and I told them all it is a can't miss!We will be back!"

"Great place for the price. It was part of a 4-plex. Very clean with more than you need available for use during your stay. Nice seating and view of sunsets outside. Loved the fact that we were within 15 minutes of really great beaches, shopping and dining. Two queen beds, fold out couch and a single cot. The only thing I would like to see is some directions for when to take trash out and would have loved to have a vacuum or something to keep dining and living area carpets clean during the stay but I’m OCD. Definitely would recommend this place for your stay!"
