"Stayed at a 2 queen bed room. Beds were super comfy, noise level was minimal despite having window facing the street. We had a minor inconveniece our first night with the tub not draining the water, but was kindly resolved early next morning. "

"Teresa was a great host and we will definitely stay at the City Haven III again. Loved the free parking, the shared patio seating area, the auto-lock on the door. The pictures online were very accurate, so the low ceiling was no surprise; the tallest member of our party still had several inches of clearance. The white bath towels were thicker than any high-end hotel I have ever experienced - nice luxury move! Good quality bathroom toiletries were also generously provided to guests.The closet in the front bedroom was fairly useless with a door that was difficult to operate. Fortunately, the back bedroom had a large walk-in closet with at least two dozen quality wooden hangars, to make up for it.One item that has perplexed me for years about rentals is the lack of a knife sharpener; it should just be as standard in the kitchen as a wine opener. My husband flipped over one of the ceramic coffee mugs and was able to put an edge on the chef knife in fairly short order (check out Youtube.com if you don't know this trick), but a knife sharpener would have been quicker and most appreciated.Also, what is with the ubiquitous 'flat' throw pillows everywhere? I don't understand the lack of stuffing in these square pillows that give no support to back or neck. Just a quirk of mine, I guess.I loved the efficient heat controls in each area of the rental - being able to add a few degrees to the bedrooms for five minutes before jumping into bed was a dream!CH3 gets 5 STARS!!"

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"Overall our stay was amazing! We had a beautiful room with lots of natural light and a great view. Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"Please be careful when you advertise that you have a restaurant on the premises. The bar is not a restaurant. This was one of the reasons we chose your location. It would have been helpful to have a list of close by, local restaurants that the could be provided to guests when they check in."

"Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was uncomfortable bc the bedroom door had a pull handle and then the key code. Not security mechanisms to the door. Room was immaculate! Upon my arrival I had issues finding a park and had to wait an hour in my vehicle while contacting Expedia and the owner."
