"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later. The shower was fabulous, and the water...

"The bar meals were not good but the hotel but the hotel is in a great position"

"The check-in personnel exhibited a level of service that did not align with the standards expected of a five-star establishment."

"Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Personal immer sehr freundlich, die Bar hat gute Drinks."

"كانت ممتازة ، ولكن انصدمت في عدم وجود اشياء أساسية مثل فرش الأسنان و كريم يدين و صنادل للغرفة ، عندما طلبتها احضروها . يجيب ان تكون موجودة من الأساس "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to checkpoint charlie. The lady who greeted us in reception (and the other staff we met) were utterly charming and very super friendly. The room itself was spacious, very clean and equipped with top appliances (smeg kettle etc). "Friendly and welcoming staff"

"What an amazing stay and hotel in the center of Berlin. Lovely hotel room, very friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast."

"My room had a lovely view - but with the view came an abundance amount of noise that kept me up every night - and it was continuous throughout the night. I woke up in sweaty sheets every evening due to the warm room and tricky thermostat. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and had limited options for people with dairy allergies. The property was in a good location with most things being walkable or near taxis/public transport - if that’s what you chose to use. Would I stay here again?...

"Great stay Great location. Will stay here again. Thank you!"

"The room was clean and spacious."

"Top Lage, tolle Zimmer, ein wunderschönes Hotel."
