Mountainside Single Family Home with Clubhouse sleeps 8

  • Enjoy the view from one of the three decks of this gorgeous mountainside vacation home. Or, relax in front of the fireplace and still enjoy the views since this bright, airy home has plenty of windows including three sets of patio doors. The master bedroom with king bed has its own deck as well as a private bath. A large second bedroom (also king bed) and bath are located a level down. All sleeping areas have black out shades.

    This home is tastefully decorated with many personal touches including two beautiful stained glass windows. The main living area has a dining room that seats 8 at the table and 4 at the bar. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room. Ideal for families, this home has a lower level bathroom bedroom with two twin beds, and a den with a king bed. All 4 sleep areas have TV's with Roku.

    Enjoy the privacy of a single family home complete with a two car attached garage and fenced yard. The garage has a level 2 EV charger. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. This home has clubhouse facilities including a heated indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, racquetball and tennis. It is one block from the 70 mile paved bike path and borders the Arapahoe National Forest.

    Guests appreciate the ability to walk 3 blocks to Main St for restaurants, stores and activities at the historic park. Summer activities abound at Lake Dillon, and nearby ski areas that offer gondola rides, golfing and mountain biking.

    With 5 ski areas within a 30 min radius (including Vail, over the pass) many guests prefer an in town experience verses staying at one resort.
