"Check in was relatively easy but staff did not give the opportunity of storing baggage for a few hours. They just offered us to pay to get room access to store our bags. Couples should avoid booking a "compact" room because the bed is fixed to the wall ensuring one person has to crawl over the other to get up."

Despite the fact that there was a general strike of hotel workers, those on duty were seen to ensure that the high standard of service was maintained, with rooms clean, tidy and ready for guests.
