The drop-off shuttle bus taking us back to Kawaguchiko station (appointment needed) was pretty amazing free service. Thank you! There was no washer/dryer in the house or on site. It would be perfect to have laundry facilities especially the service you provided was the villa style/potentially longer stay/for the whole family.

Beautiful Mt. Fuji view there is good weather The facilities in the 4 bedroom villa are not well equipped. Booked BBQ equipments with surcharge and we had a great night BBQ dinner. The bedrooms are in the ground floor while the bathrooms are located on the 1st floor which is not No closet in the bedrooms

The view of Mt. Fuji from the property was breathtaking. You can see the mountain in its full splendor from the rooftop. The rooftop is set up with an umbrella and seating, making it a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The sunrise can also be enjoyed from there. The staff was polite and friendly. The property has a resort-like atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils. Our unit comfortably accommodates two families.

This 2/2 (white) villa was spectacular. I travelled solo, mainly to spend time at Fuji-Q Highland. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the bus station by a TIKO van & greeter, who escorted me to the main lobby. Incredibly friendly staff members. The lobby includes a gift shop with snack & drinks for purchase, as well as free coffee & bath salts. The villa was brand new, clean, & tidy. The bed & linens were plush & comfy. Rooftop views of Fuji, Eejanaika, & Fujiyama coasters were spectacular. Amenities also include padded lawn chairs, a grill, a picnic table/benches, mosquito coils, electric lanterns. Bicycles are for rent at the front lobby, as well as pamphlets/info on the Fuji area. I walked to Fuji-Q each day (about a 10-15 minute easy walk). I plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful new property with attention to detail. Robes, toiletries, beautiful bathrooms. We had a two bedroom with roof top viewing of Fuji. Would be great in the summer but we didn't use it a lot in November. I would save the cost if I went back the same time of year but would definitely stay here again.
