"Location was great and was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pond and enjoyed s'mores by the firepit. Plenty of room for them to run around and explore.The place was a little dirty but overall we enjoyed our stay and Steve was wonderful to work with. He even recommended some great restaurants to try."

"Great location with easy access to the river. Boat ramp just down the street if you’re looking for a place to put your boat in for the day. Enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee. Well stocked property, everything as advertised and would definitely recommend! Bellevue is a darling town. Tasty coffee at B’s and don’t miss out on Grandpa’s for ice cream."
