"The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this."

"Location is out of the main area but very close to the airport which suited our travel fine. Clean hotel and reasonable facilities. The shower runs cold after a few minutes and this was reported but persisted. Despite requesting, as per instructions, toiletries were not "

"Nice spacious room, staff were lovely and helped with bags when we came in. It is quite a hill so gave us water on arrival. Breakfast was good, not a tonne of selection but I liked everything they had. They also had options of cooked breakfast which was good and the hot chocolate was amazing loved it. Staff were always friendly when you walked past reception and at breakfast. The guy that checked us in recommended a lovely lunch place ended up turning out amazing and we loved the food and view. I would say lifts big enough for one person and the bags which is what me and my friend did. We had a lovely view which was nice, would say room is average size, does look a bigger in photos, but we weren’t too bothered. Bathroom however, could use improvement, two lights in their could use with even maybe one of two more as it was quite dark, also no windows so ended up with lots of condensation. Just about enough space for our staff, would say would be better with a few more hanging hooks or even bit more storage. But for a few days was a lovely hotel."

"Very centrally located and room was very spacious and clean. However, there was a strong smell of sewage coming through the vents each night. I had to open the windows, as it was quite unbearable. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired - options were limited and not great. "

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "
