We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The 4:40 a.m. shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Charleroi. I would definitely stay here again! "
