We had a light switch that was broken and could not be fixed during our stay, the throw pillows had stains and the tv would only let us access Netflix by connecting through another room which a staff member said happens. I was disappointed considering it was not a cheap stay. "

"A really surprising great find. Nice area located in walking distance to coach station and Erye square. Beautiful traditional B&B with modernly appointed room and bath. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. If I am ever back in Galway, I will definitely book the stay at the St. Jude’s Lodge"

"We had a booking last week for 6 people arriving from Australia to stay 2 nights. When we arrived there was a sign on door to say closed due to flood but we hadn't been notified."

"All round great accommodation. Room was clean, the staff were responsive and it had everything we needed. Check-in was at another venue which was well communicated however parking was really difficult. Once checked-in we had a carpark allocated which was very easy."

"What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place "
