"Celebrated an anniversary and birthday while staying at the Waxenstein. An anniversary card and chocolates in our room and a special birthday breakfast table with champagne for my wife’s birthday. All unexpected but greatly appreciated. No doubt our future trip to Grainau will include a stay at the Waxenstein."

"The staff was SO helpful with anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Bike rental was easy and efficient and the parking garage was super convenient. We would stay there again!"

Staff was excellent at keeping food available and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation would be to upgrade room towels as ours were rather worn and not of good quality."
