Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

Great hotel, walking distance to city center for restaurants and shopping, staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Switzerland (only behind the 5 stars hotel we stayed in Zurich), great selection with authentic Italian grilled veggies, cheeses, ham ,...

We arrived at the hotel at a relatively early hour, checked in and left our luggage in the hotel. After a day of sightseeing in the area we returned to the hotel. The receptionist took us to the room and only after they entered the room did she say, "We gave you an upgrade." This hotel is a very beautiful place to spend your vacation at, it has a gorgeous view to the lake ,the rooms are so spacious and clean .the staff are really their for you if you need anything .plus the managers and the receptionists are above and beyond they greet you every time they see you, they help you with any small things that you need.i really recommend this hotel to every person want to visit lugano.

We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do
