"Second time staying at Volcano View Hotel in Santorini. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they make the effort to learn your names, remember your coffee orders, ask you about how you’re enjoying your time, and make recommendations for how to enjoy the island as much as possible during your time there. The rooms are clean on arrival and throughout your stay. We stayed in a non-suite room and it was great. The breakfast buffet is good and appears to be quite fresh every day. It doesn’t change too much throughout the week but you can order other food on the menu if you’d prefer to switch it up. The views of the caldera from the hotel are amazing and the sunsets here are second to none. It is easy to navigate the island and the reception can help arrange everything essentially. Rides to Fira, Oia, or anywhere else, excursions such as Catamaran/private island tour, massage/spa, etc. My only minor criticism is the music by the main pool (yes, there is more than one pool), which is the same style of music being played over and over again, with some of the same songs playing twice or three times. If you have a pool day it can become repetitive. Could do with a genius shuffle playlist or something and work in some European music, no need for anything more involved than that. A special thanks to Petros, Costas and George! 9.7/10. I’m sure I will be back!"

"Stunning. Stunning. Stunning. 10/10. The views were breathtaking from this property. Exactly what you see in the photos is what you'll experience in person. The food was delicious. Beautiful private room with beautiful view of the town and sea. Spa was gorgeous. And the staff, second to none. They were literally the best part. We felt like they were there just for us. Whatever we needed: transportation, suggestions for things to do, even offered a blanket to sit out and watch the view by the pool. So kind and friendly. Thank you North Santorini! We will be back!"

"Elessa hotel in Santorini Greece is an amazing place for relaxing and exploring the island. It is located in the center and within 15 minutes car ride to see the island. The hotel staffs as well as the owners whom we met at the property were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant and breakfast were excellent and healthy. The facility is maintained well and private pool in each of our rooms was well secluded and clean. Overall amazing experience and looking forward to coming back"

We didn’t need to organise much when we got here because we were well catered for at every request made. The staff consistently kept the venue immaculate and our room was always cleaned before lunchtime."
