"We stayed for the view of Seneca lake. The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. "

"Enjoyed our stay at this modern, clean home. It is part of a complex near the hockey rink and tunnel under routes 5 and 20 to the lake. We wondered if road noise would be a problem but we didn’t hear a thing at night. We enjoyed being out on the patio and the location is excellent as is the parking. We will be coming back as we visit hws often and enjoyed hiking along the lake, great location. Owners were great to work with. "
