The house was great - right on the lake with gorgeous views! Perfect for our family with two teens who got their own space upstairs. Very relaxing stay.
Beautiful home with two units so family/friends can have privacy. Close to fishing and food. Kayaks come with rental! Some things move between the units — we had to search for spoons. Overall amazing!
The property is in a great location - between Watkins Glen and Geneva. We visited both without driving a lot. We enjoyed our vacation even though it rained most of the time. The property has beautiful lake views and is in a quiet neighborhood. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the dock and beach firepit more.
Some Friends and I were coming up for race weekend. We decided to go with a VRBO, instead of the busy hotels downtown. The best move we ever made! The process was seamless. Once we arrived, you could immediately tell the place was recently renovated and looked better than the photos. It had all the amenities home and was extremely clean. Amazing views and very peaceful. I will definitely book again and for a longer period of time.
Wow what a beautiful, clean and modern property. You can tell there is a great deal of homeowner pride in this house. We loved it so much that we looked for real estate on the lake while visiting. The location is superb- on the wine trail, down the street from a delicious restaurant -Port Cafe- but the real star of the show was the lake front living back at the house. We fell asleep listening to the sound of the water each day and woke up to glorious views of sunrise. We can’t wait to come back to this property and bring family or friends to enjoy it with. We had the best time and will be back! Thank you Red-y vacations for a spectacular and memorable stay.
The views of Seneca lake from the property were spectacular. Enjoying coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the dock each morning was so peaceful. The location on the Lake was super quiet. Most of the neighbors on the lane appeared to be year round residents and were very quiet. Brewery, wineries and a few places to eat close by, otherwise a ten minute drive into Geneva. Highly recommend going into Penn Yan, checking out Keuka Lake and renting e-bikes from Shoreline Rentals. The Keuka Outlet Trail was awesome on the e-bikes - beautiful scenery and waterfalls. House was well equipped with everything we needed to cook every night. The “driveway” getting to this rental was our only negative…very difficult to negotiate.
Great stay! Cute, clean place with great outdoor seating areas and amenities. Very easy to communicate and work with host. We did have just a bit of trouble locating it with Google maps, but Apple maps did well.

Awesome lakefront home with great views
Amazing location, very well maintained home to stay in. We had six people (three kids) fit very comfortably. The views of Seneca Lake are incredible and picturesque, and the owners are super fast to answer any questions. We had a blast and can't recommend this place enough!

Sweet, beautiful lakeside home just right for three generations!
We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway on Seneca lake. The house was clean and very comfy. The location couldn't be better...lake views for miles and just 7 minutes to Hobart and William Smith Colleges and downtown Geneva. Owner super helpful...Thanks Chris!

Beautiful Lakefront Property
We had an absolute wonderful time at Water's Edge. It was literally at the water's edge. We had beautiful sunrises in the morning, and the moon came up over the lake at night. The house was clean, and just the right size for 4 adults. We had both the downstairs and the upstairs.
We would highly recommend this property.
If you are looking for a great place for dinner, we loved The Ports Cafe right up the street. You will need to make reservations, but the food was fabulous.

Fantastic property!
Our family (3 kids 18, 15, 11) had a wonderful time on this vacation, in large part due to the wonderful home we stayed in. We couldn't have been happier, every detail was thought of. We enjoyed all the time on the lake with the boats, as well as relaxing in the house and on the balconies. House was clean, bright, and honestly perfect. Chris was so helpful with any questions and concerns we had, and super prompt in replying to messages. Thanks again for a amazing vacation, can't wait to come back again!!

Amazing lakefront property!!
We loved sitting at the end of the dock at night watching the sunset! The views are absolutely amazing! Once the sun went down, we enjoyed sitting around the beautiful fire pit on the beach. The kids enjoyed the kayaks that are at the house as well. The house had everything we needed. The beds were extra comfy and everyone had their own space. The owner Chris was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay. She was quick to respond and able to give pointers on where to eat and things to do in the area. We will defiantly be back again next year!!

Lovely, long weekend at the lake house
We loved this house - very quaint, clean and comfortable! Exactly what a lake house should be.
The location was beautiful! The dock was easily accessible and perfect for morning coffee and evening wine and hors d'oeuvres. Even on a somewhat warm weekend, the lake breeze kept the balconies and house cool and fresh. We were two couples, so the separate apartments worked out nicely - we were able to spend our days, evenings and meals together and separate at night.
Excellent wineries were close (Ravine's and Serenity were my favorites); we were also a short drive from Watkins Glen State Park which is amazing. Thank you for sharing your home Chris!

Simply amazing!!
We stayed at this cottage the first week in August 2016. Waking up to the lake breeze, sitting on the deck drinking coffee each morning is unlike any experience I have ever had. We couldn't ask for better owners, they were very personable and accommodating. I love the beach theme, Breath taking views from the signature red ADK chairs. The Fire pit, corn hole, and kayaks where a hit. Close to award winning wineries, shopping, and amazing restaurants. Already booking for next year. Can't wait!!! Thank you Chris for everything. See you next year.
This house couldn’t have been more perfect for my group! The house is beautiful. The view is picturesque. The owner is very responsive. The dock is beyond ideal. The fire setup is well equipped. The area has great wineries in close proximity.
My group spent the weekend there for a girls trip where we just wanted to relax, swim, hang by the fire, visit some wineries and spend quality time together. This house offered all of that and more.
When planning for the group I had many questions prior for the owner and his response time was incredible. Also while at the house we had a few questions that needed some real time answers - I received those within an hour.
I would 100% stay at this property again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in the area.

Comfy house with stunning views!
The house was perfect for us! We went for my fathers 70th Birthday and had an amazing time. My parents had the upstairs apartment which was a perfect 1 bedroom for them and my husband , myself, and my 2 children (8&11) had the downstairs apartment (bunkbed room and Queen) set up in loft style. The house was the perfect size and very nicely decorated. I loved the views and we spent a ton of time on the dock and deck. Chis was a pleasure to work with, always got back to me with all my questions within a few hours.
We were totally surprised by how clear the lake was, crystal clear. The kayak's were wonderful to have on hand at any hour of the day, sunrise and sunset kayaking was amazing! Loved the corn-hole game too! The we really enjoyed Ports Café , Parkers bar and grill the Pier house restaurants...and all of the wineries were very nice also. We went on a dinner cruise on Uncle Bill's out of Watkins Glenn which was nice but very pricy.
All of us enjoyed the Corning Glass museum and would highly recommend the glass blowing / make your own glass portion of it.
Con's - the occasional fright train that ran by at night, it was startling the first night, but we all grew used to it the following nights....FYI it never disturbed the children. Also not really any places to go on a nice long walk from the house.
Overall, we loved this house and would highly recommend it to others and will use it again if we return to the area!
The home has beautiful views and comes with anything you might need to have a thought free weekend enjoying the region, lakes, and wines. The water by the dock is very shallow, so not the best October fishing but I’m sure in the spring and summer it would be incredible fishing
