Welcome to Serenity Hill, a private home on the island of Great Exuma, Bahamas

Just Released As A Rental Property. New furnishings arrived the week of December 2023 (including living room, dining table, outdoor furniture/dining, and new decor throughout). Serenity Hill is a 1500 square foot, 2 bed/2 bath home, situated in a quiet area on a hill with an ocean view and gentle breezes, and a backyard man-made beach oasis surrounded by lush vegetation and flowering gardens. Our bright, open-concept home is a turn-key property including everything you need to have a great Island getaway. Each bedroom has it's own full ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closets. The Great Room has a fully-equipped kitchen and large dining table, an extra-long island with 6 stools, a living room area with plenty of couch space, including a queen sofa bed. We have a large (40 x 10) covered back deck, with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as an outdoor dining table for 8, and a new Napoleon BBQ Grill (propane). Serenity Hill is equipped with free high-speed wifi and HD TV. Two desks, hi-speed fibre internet, and a wireless printer also makes our home the ideal property for any remote work while on vacation. Our home is situated on a good, paved road, just a 5 minute drive from the town of Georgetown, 7-15 min. dive from many fantastic beaches and restaurants, & 20 minutes to the airport.
