"Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"Positives: breakfast and lobby coffee were fine. Security was good. Cleanliness satisfactory. Negatives: WIFI SUCKED. I never got a usable connection in my room. I had to work from the fitness center or at the table in the elevator lobby outside my room just to get merely adequate signal. Proprty feels just on the edge of keeping up with maintenance. The floor indicator light in the single elevator was non-functional."

"Cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations. Very nice breakfast. The reception staff when I checked in was excellent. However, afterwards some of the other staff members were not so friendly and answered questions with a very bad attitude. At one point on Sunday afternoon I needed a bottle of water since their vending machine was not working but I received a very mean and negative response from one of the ladies who was on duty. The staff during checkout was excellent too. Other than the negative experience from some staff members, I think my stay was enjoyable. The message to the staff is to be aware of the job they chose. They shouldn’t appear as if they’re being forced to be at the reception (front office). I wish Al of them could be welcoming and respectful to all customers. "

"I arrived at 8:30 pm and found the front desk unattended. A staff member told me the check-in person had gone out for dinner. The receptionist returned after 20 minutes without offering any apology, behaving as if nothing had happened. The other staff members were very nice. The elevator button was not functioning properly and sometimes you have to press multiple times. The room was spacious for the price, but the bathtub drain was clogged and drained very slowly."

"Solid breakfast if you are doing made to order omelette. Otherwise, it's your standard ho-hum continental breakfast. We booked a premium suite. Air/temperature problems throughout the stay. Very hot when we arrived. Air to 68 didn't move the temp. Called the front desk. They sent an engineer while we were out. They said he fixed it. We came back and room was same temp. Air still on 68. I called again and they sent the engineer up. He explained they couldn't fix it. He brought a fan. The fan didn't help much. Temperature went down to freezing outside - but room was still humid and hit. The view was great, but the temperature in the room was very disappointing. We won't be back. "
