"Staff was great. Our tv in the room didn’t work and they tried to fix it quickly. Parking was okay. The guy that was working valet our last day almost hit my car when my husband was coming around to pick us up. He was pretty impatient at the light with another guest vehicle. So if you use valet be careful. In my opinion I wouldn’t let them drive my car seeing how he was driving. Paying $55 for valet you’d think he’d be more careful. "

"Staff is nice. Hotel is cool. Rooms are just okay. Basic needs for a hotel room are covered (clean bed, clean shower and TV). Was expecting a little more especially for a downtown hotel. No iron or ironing board. No streaming apps on the tv. Self checkout for snacks and sodas like we do at Target. "

"Nice staff and clean room. Restaurant food was really good and the breakfast had a variety of items you could choose from along with Starbucks coffee. Not a free breakfast like some hotels offer, but it was still good."

"This was a great choice because of the proximity to the State Farm stadium. They gave us complimentary drinks and appetizers. Breakfast was delicious. There was an omelet station. The staff were friendly and very informative. I would recommend this hotel. 5 stars in my book"

"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"

"All is good. Only complaint is the shower set up, curtains are so slight high that the water coming down drips onto the floor , and then the shower head isn’t secured correctly that water sprayed out over the curtain on the floor having to use the small towel to block it from wetting the floor more, lastly sink is very very small and no where to place the soap. Aside from that the breakfast was fantastic and beds were comfortable, definitely will come back again!"
