"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention the new water park. The variety of slides appeals to all ages and the splash pad is excellent for smaller guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay."

"Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und klimatisiert. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und einwandfrei. Alle elektrischen Geräte sind vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand, die Fenster haben elektrische Rollläden. Man fühlt sich sofort, als würde man nach Hause kommen.Die Anlage ist ebenfalls groß, sauber und schön. Der Pool liegt direkt hinter der Wohnung und ist von riesigen Palmen umgeben. Er ist perfekt für Erwachsene und für Kinder. Während der 2 Wochen, in denen wir da waren, war es nie zu voll oder zu laut. Parken vor der Anlage ist jederzeit kostenlos möglich.Die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer ist vor der Tür und zum nächsten Sandstrand geht man etwa 10 Minuten, die Innenstadt mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Tavernen ist auch ganz nah. Für einen Familienurlaub ist das super, uns (Eltern Kinder 10 und 14J.) hat es gut gefallen. Wenn man man Party machen möchte, wäre eine größere Stadt vermutlich besser geeignet.Wir überlegen uns aktuell, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen!"

"We love the royal blue. It’s our third visit to this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."

"A beautiful villa with a stunning pool area. 3 spacious bedrooms, very effective air-conditioning.Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Felt very private despite the open appearance. Would 100% recommend this villa and if we ever stay in Crete again, we would definitely choose this villa. The owner is lovely, and communication was great."
