"A basic hotel in a very quiet part of southern Malta with a view of the container port, fairly nice neighbourhood but not recommended for families as not much amenities in the area but ideal if you like a very quiet place to stay, parking was limited during the evening due to local residents using parking spaces, but there is an EV charge point opposite the hotel, the hotel owners were very friendly and helpful, this hotel is reasonably modern but probably best for business use rather than a holiday."

"I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests. Thank you for considering this feedback."

"The location sent a physical address and picture of the front of the place…neither were helpful-after wandering up and down hills and alleyways with over hundred pounds of luggage-I never found it. Reached out to them-no answer-no response at all from them until nineteen hours later!! Found another place to stay-now they won’t refund because the agent I talked to misspoke and said I had a flight delay and that was my reason for cancellation! It clearly was not since I was wandering for over an hour. I’m sure they’ll come on here and “explain” this was all my fault…but I’ve got all the documentation to prove I tried my best to contact them in the way I was instructed to, they failed. And if the excuse is they manage many properties on the island-get more help!"
