"Amazing, so happy. Will be booking again ASAP.Gardens are beautiful (Outstanding!) along with the accommodation. Has everything you could possible require, PERFECT. All the staff where extremely helpful. Most importantly the area is outstanding with a mix of holiday makers and local residence which is lovely. Very quiet, could not hear any noise form the road (Yay). Beach is steps away, together with shops, bars, restaurants in walking distance. No need for car hire as the buses take you everywhere. Thank you for the best stay!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was great to walk to Mullins Beach, Sea Shed and The View if you wanted to. What truly made this experience exceptional was our host. She went above and beyond every single time we reached out, always responding quickly, kindly, and making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!"

"A well appointed home in a perfect location. The amenities were excellent. It is on a busy street but in the evenings the tree frogs are louder than the cars - and the beach is right there! Hoping we can rent again in 2027!"

"What a beautiful villa, lots of space, great pool and an amazing location. Step out the back gate and we were on a stunning beach. We used the Jet skis and ate at the two restaurants on the beach. We loved your recommendation Peter, the Sea Shed was fantastic. Peter was a great host and we will definitely be coming back.Thank you"

"Magnificent villa! Everything is very well thought out, even the little baskets at the entrance for carrying groceries or beach towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and despite its size, the house impresses with its very high ceilings. The outdoor living and dining areas are superb, well-covered, and ventilated. Daily housekeeping service, extremely friendly staff, and the host was always very responsive to our requests. A car is necessary (grocery stores are 14 minutes away). The fourth bedroom is located in a small, separate cottage by the pool, which is very pleasant and private, but quite small. We would return without hesitation."
