"Fabulous hotel in the heart of Vancouver. Booked 7 months prior to stay and had a 20th floor, private balcony room overlooking the Harbor. Within the hotel is Karma Lounge (lunch/dinner/partying) and Mot32. Dinner at Karma was a 6/10. Breakfast at Mot32 was a buffet disaster! $40CAD per person for garbage. Food was horrible at Mot. Ultimately was credited for this after registering my dissatisfaction. Outside of the hotel on streets was relatively peaceful & clean. Disgusting marijuana smoke everywhere, all the time! Highly recommend the hotel if you can afford >$900/night US."

"The room was good and clean. All features functioned well and it had one of the best mini-fridges we've ever had in a room. The breakfast was ok but only offered pancakes as a hot food item (besides toast). We only stayed one night as we were passing through. If staying longer it did have a decent self serve laundry facility which would be beneficial."
