"This historic cottage was charming, spacious and clean. It was very well stocked for enjoying the lake and local area, and the kitchen was very usable. The location is great for the area and the lake is amazing. Renting the kayaks was fun, though we didn't really use them enough to probably justify the cost for the week. But they're great to have, to enjoy the dock and the lake. Cindy was always responsive before hand and during the stay, answering questions very promptly and kindly."

"Would highly recommend. This house was clean and spacious. Lots of beds and individual rooms for all the guest. Great space outside with gas fire pit, seating area, yard games and hot tub. Deer walked through the back yard every day multiple times even if we were outside. The kitchen had tons of space and was supplied with all the kitchen amenities a family would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the living room space was also great. We Went to the beach and kayaking while we stayed there but there was so much more to do in that area that we didn’t have time for. The host was very good at communication before and during our stay. This rental process is was very smooth for us I would recommend this house to anybody and we have already discussed coming back up here."

"This house seemed brand new and is beautifully decorated and furnished. It was very clean! We only stayed one night just to extend our stay in the area. The host was great to work with. We stayed in three VRBOs during this trip and these beds were by far the most comfortable and had wonderful bedding as well. It’s right next to Glen Lake and basically in Sleeping Bear so the location was fantastic. There is a nice dinning table on the patio and a very nice fire pit surrounded by trees. The morning we left we saw a mother turkey with her four babies which was very cool. We would stay here again for sure."
