Authentic Large Colorado Cabin close to the Roaring Fork River!! Very private<br>

Large 3200 square foot home. Very secluded lot close to downtown Glenwood Springs. Inside there is a fully remodeled kitchen with upgraded appliances and ample seating. There are two large living rooms with TVs and plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a king bed with a on suite bathroom. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen size bed along with a walk thru room with a futon. Upstairs there is one large room with another king size bed and two full size beds.The loft sitting area has a pull out couch. Outside there are multiple lounging areas, a hot tub,fire pit and bbq grill. Perfect for family or friend gatherings!

Our house is minutes away from Cavern's Adventure Park, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Yampah Caves, Historic Hotel Colorado and Hotel Denver.

Ski Sunlight is 15 minutes away from our house which is a great mountain for skiing or snowboarding. You are also only 45 minutes from the town of Aspen which also has amazing mountains and exquisite scenery. Our favorite place to check out is Maroon Bells (this is actually one of the most photographed destination's in America).

Large parking areas. Located close to the Roaring Fork River, fishing,bike trails, shopping, dining and entertainment. Very clean and tidy. We take pride in this home and hope you will see how well we maintain every little detail. We want you to feel like this is your home too! The cabin is on almost an acre and is very quiet and secluded, but yet so close to town. You can walk across the street to the river to enjoy fishing or a nice walk along it.

This home will be your perfect mountain getaway!

Great mountain getaway!

The cabin was perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space outside for the kids to run around; Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the air hockey table.

Perfect

The property was perfect for our needs with lots of space inside and plenty of parking. The back porch looking up the canyon wall and with the trees and hot tub was so very relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family!

Kim is a wonderful host. She even had the house decorated for Christmas! It was everything it was advertised to be and MORE! So much room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in. Great location too. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful cabin for your vacation getaway to Glenwood Springs!

This place was perfect for 8 adults. Golf trip to a couple local courses. Close to town and the golf. Place was clean. Enough room for all 8 of us. I'd book it again if the need arises.

Glenwood Springs Getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Glenwood Springs. This VRBO is beautifully decorated and has an outstanding location. The grounds around the home are spacious and include a hot tub and firepit. (We were also very impressed with the friendliness of the neighbors.)

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at this beauty of a cabin. The location to all things in Glenwood was perfect. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and the little ones enjoyed the toys. It was super relaxing to be surrounded by pine trees and and mountain views. Thank you!

Charming Cabin

We were looking for a log cabin and this was perfect. Very clean, Comfortable beds, great for kids. Glenwood springs was a great place to visit for families. The only problem we had was with hot water. The cabin says it sleeps 12 and we only had 7. The water never really did get truly hot and we ran completely out after two back to back showers.

Wonderful Cabin!

We had 5 adults, 2 children and an infant. This cabin was perfect for all ages. Everyone was very comfortable and we had enough space to feel comfortable when we were relaxing in the common areas, preparing food in the well equipped kitchen or getting a good nights sleep. The cabin was sparkling clean and we enjoyed everything about it. The location is wonderful, you can walk to a bridge and view the Roaring Fork river in less than 5 minutes or walk on the path into town. We recommend this cabin for family gatherings you will always remember.

Secluded Gem

The secluded cabin was perfectly located near bike paths and access to Glenwood. The yard was incredible with mature Blue Spruce, ponderosa pin, lovely flower rock gardens, making it feel like you are in the high mountains. House has large common areas, large covered porches with plenty of seating areas, covered hot tub and plenty of parking. We loved having our big family gathering here. The kitchen is complete with plenty of dishes, mixing/serving bowls, spices and modern gas range. Definitely an inviting home to return to.

The perfect getaway!

We just returned from a guys golf weekend getaway! It couldn’t have been more perfect! The beautiful Colorado weather, gorgeous golf courses and the BEST cabin! It was super close to town which was a plus as well. You can tell that Kim and Brian take pride in their cabin! It was spotless, decorated cute and came equipped with everything we needed! Fishing was just a walk down the path & a few of the guys caught (& released) some nice trout. The only thing that we can see needs an upgrade, is the coffee pot took forever to brew. Literally everything was great! If you’re looking to visit and stay in Glenwood, look no further!

We had a very enjoyable vacation staying at this cabin. It was clean and well supplied. It is also very family friendly. It very comfortably sleeps 12 people. The Cardiff bike bridge gives easy access to Glenwood Springs with bicycles. Close to everything but still quite enough that you can hear the Roaring Fork River from the cabin.

Bear get away

Adult Family Christmas Getaway

Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. Enjoyed watch the squirrels and birds at the birdfeeders. Kitchen was more than adequately supplied. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing!

Fall family getaway

Our family of 9 including 5 adults and 4 kids under 11 enjoyed a wonderful reunion at this amazing property. The cabin is spacious yet cozy and is fully equipped with supplies for cooking, dining, relaxing and playing. We loved the Glenwood Hot Springs, local hiking trails, playgrounds and good restaurants, all within a 5 minute ride from cabin. We hope to return again.

Wonderful Cabin

Our family loved the cabin! It is in a great location and proximity to everything. The cabin gives you the secluded feel while still being in town and we loved being close to the river. Our family especially loved the hot tub and air hockey table. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this cabin if we travel back to Glenwood! Great house and yard

The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the back porch, yard, landscaping, and hot tub. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet area and there were deer on the property in the morning. The kids loved the air hockey table.

Family gathering

We loved the house. The size was perfect for our large group. Everyone had plenty of space. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. We were able to have meals together because there was great seating space around the bar and table. The house stayed well cooled with the window units and because the weather was wonderful we were able to open the windows for great breeze. The hot tub was an excellent way to relax in the evenings . All in all, we had a wonderful accommodations with the house and the grounds all around! We loved the location as well. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the view from the bridge! BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much!

Awesome house after 2 stays!

Thank you for yet another fantastic stay! This was our second summer staying there. This property acommodates our large group of 5 kids and 6 adults very well! Easy to follow instructions, very clean, great communication with the owners, gorgeous grounds, lots of hang out spots, room for each family group (3) to have their own space, lots of eating spots in the dining and kitchen area, easy to use appliances, covered parking.. the list goes on. Oh, and the air hockey table kept the kids very busy!
