A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED during winter months due to the unpaved driveway.

There is a highly trafficked street in front of this home that is visible through the trees and from the deck. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property.
