"The ironing board was broken. I asked for towels and they never came until I went out for the day and came back. First day there for breakfast was Saturday morning. We went down an hour before it was supposed to be over and there was nothing there but sausage patties and waffles. Everything was pretty much empty. It was like they closed or just stopped preparing anymore food for that day. We just went out to eat. The attendant was very nice older African American man and was very apologetic. He seemed as if he was truly sorry and wished he could have changed it. Not my usual experience at all staying at a Hampton Inn. I was not pleased but made the best of it. I learned later in my stay that they are short staffed. That needs to be addressed to prevent tarnishing the reputation of the hotel. I'm not saying I won't stay again but it was definitely not the same. The front staff some were pleasant others looked at you like they had an attitude because you had a complaint. "

"The first room they gave me smelled awful. I went and asked for another room and that room was much better but the mattresses on the beds were very squeaky. They need to be replaced"

This is a drug infested are and the condition of the room was not what was advertised, tiles coming down in the bathroom above the tub, no coffee maker or other amenities as described, stains on the bedding and rug. Furniture was peeling, damaged and falling apart. and very distributive with the construction in the room next to mine..I left the key to room on the tv desk and left immediately. "

"Clean, cozy & comfortable with everything I needed. Close & easy drives to many stores & eating establishments.But the bonus for me was Miss Angela. A kind & caring host who made me feel like a friend.So much so that I will be returning to stay again."

"Practically perfect place for our purposes - a base of operations for the four of us touring the area with our local living son and his wife. Clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities. Location was easy in and out for our sojourns. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with."

"We were in the area for soccer at Tuckahoe Turf Farms and needed a kitchen instead of a hotel room due to food allergies in our family. This was the perfect location for us, nearby stores and the fields, plus close enough to Philadelphia to make a quick trip into the City. "
