"The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. The shower design is somewhat inconvenient. The shower hose is concealed, and there is no handheld showerhead available. 2. If you need to shorten your stay, the hotel does not provide refunds for unused nights (approximately $200–300 per night), even when advance notice is given. 3. The area can be quite noisy due to nearby construction work and the frequent sirens from emergency vehicles, particularly fire engines. 4. There is no complimentary drinking water available in the room. Overall, while the location and service are good, these issues may affect the comfort of your stay."

"The overall stay was good. We had 4 kids and were able to use the pool and enjoyed the breakfast. The location was really good and not too far from anything we wanted to do like the shed aquarium, Sears Tower (aka skydeck), etc .We needed the pull out sofa and it was very worn and not supportive at all so the kids had to sleep in the bed with us which was tight but made do. A good stay for a family for but no more than that."

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."
