"Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even has open shelving to the bedroom area that you can see and hear through, so the bathroom has essentially no privacy. I suppose if you're staying alone, it's not an issue, although still not ideal to have the toilet so open to the bedroom, but definitely consider this if you're sharing a room with anyone! Also the TV's in the rooms are older (not smart tvs) and have a small selection of channels, but there's so much to see and do in the area, it's not much of a problem. The grounds to the hotel are also wonderful with ruins, a chapel, water fountains, lots of area to roam around. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property, except for the bathroom situation!"

"Beautiful, clean well furnished room with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Galilee, sumptuous delicious meals in restaurants, helpful and very pleasant staff! Loved every minute! Fabulous hotel!"

"Shower control was difficult to manage bathroom seat covers was too small and loose ,remote for tv didnt work.a little too tight maneuvering around the ladder to the loft.they should have given us a room without the loft because we were 2 people.but the hotel was really pretty! the staff was gr8 and the massage was amazing!"

"The view from my room was spectacular. The pool was fabulous. Large and plenty of swimming space. Breakfast was amazing. Didn’t know where to begin. All the food was fresh, presentation was very well done. There was staff rotating about the dining room bringing out refills, cleaning the tables, available for all questions. The room was adequate. The shower was great. All in all we had a good experience"

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again."
