We loved our stay at this property! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful aswell especially during our last day stay. Definitely will be back! Location is amazing and within walking distance to the beautiful Broadbeach! Thank you guys :)

We were very happy 😃 good value for money. We had nothing to complain about. Close to the shops and beach, perfect location. The manager, Rex, was great to deal with very friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to return, thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, close to broadbeach centre with all the shops, restaurants etc. Short walk to the beach and across the highway from the Pacific fair and Casino, but that's about it. The place itself is old and rundown, the apartment was tiny, had damaged doors a partially working cooktop and no oven which i thought would have been standard in any apartment, pots and pans so old and damaged they were unusable so we couldn't cook, a ceiling fan that only worked on high speed so couldn't use that, lots of noise into the bedroom, many other small things i won't get into, we left the place cleaner than when we got it. In need of a major overhaul, wouldn't rate this property more than 2 stars, not worth the price and would definitely be giving it a miss next time. Also i have seen other reviews and the bad ones have quickly been knocked down by the owner so believe the people who have actually stayed there and had the experience. Good luck

The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. Again, the staff provided swift support when asked with professional manner, but unfortunately we felt there were many issues we had to deal with.

Good location but too pricey lack of facilities

Location is very good but apartment lacks lots of facilities like no lifts directly from car parking / no dishwasher / no clocks / no room services / cook top very slow / ants on the bed / small rooms / too noisy being on the main road / due to rain makes horrible noises so couldn't get sleeps. Car parking sensors programming is aboslutley terrible & really painful (owners must get this fixed ASAP or can kill someone in the car because it doesn't stop closing the garage door even if the car is standing there) Overall it's average wouldn't recommend anyone.

Great location in Broadbeach - one block to the beach and 2 blocks to the supermarket and restaurant strip. The split level apartment was fantastic for a small family and the friendly manager was so accommodating to our requirements for 3 friends having a few days away. Good stay!

Broadbeach Travel Inn apartments are set in a great location. The apartment was clean, however we were unable to get clean towels due to the minimal reception hours. The second bedroom did not have a window and there were wooden shutter windows above the king bed that opened to the second bedroom, so you could hear everything between rooms. The toilet had a small window up high that you could not open and no fan. Overall it was a great stay, just wasn’t exactly what we expected.

Mid Winter Getaway

Friendly and helpful staff, great location close to shops, beach, restaurants and bars. Bathroom was not clean and the bedside tables were covered in dust, however the kitchen and fridge were very clean.
