Some apartments are getting old and they look like it inside. The one we were looking in had terrible beds. The staff are wonderful and the property is amazingly clean and quiet. Great views.

We had Pros and Cons with this property Pros- Great location - Quiet - Comfortable bed - Old style apartment, but it is large with a great shower - Amazing views Cons: Being called at 9:50 a.m. to see if we are checking out! Not totally clean when we arrived (toaster out with crumbs, stains on the tiles, and drink dribbles on the wall), not a big issue to us, but might be to others

Its a old property, with all the things you need for the stay. Location is the key here, our room had 3 ways view to the ocean, suana and pool was available to use, so enjoyed the stay. Cleanlinesswise it was ok, as there was beach sand on chairs and sofa.

Very good location. Comfy beds. Have a nice view of the beach which is just across the road. Less busy as it is approx 11min walk to Caville avenue. Has private parking. Unfortunately, the place shows it age. The cleaners does a very poor job of cleaning and really has to step up their game.

The spa and dishwasher didnt work, not that we really needed it anyway. But, for an older motel the room was pretty good freshly shampooed carpets, comfy beds,great view, and you can really open up the big windows to get that beautiful sea breeze in. Didn't even need air conditioning. Good facilities. Pool and bbq Areas are good.

Property location was great - the full view of the ocean was amazing! Fully stocked with cutlery & kitchen utensils - two sachets of laundry powder, dishwash & detergent. Lounge area was great space! Rooms were ok too. The pool was fantastic! For the price paid - on first night, the main shower head was leaking and the ensuite wasn't draining properly but property were quick to resolve next day. Rooms need a refresh - esp the curtains. The bedrooms were so hot - we stayed as long as we could in the lounge. A/C in the rooms would make a huge difference. The a/c in the lounge was in the wrong location.

My family and I had a lovely stay very comfortable apartment in a great location and we had amazing views, the only recommendation I would have is upgrade is needed for the apartment we stayed in just to freshen it up and there were a few items that had mould build up from wet areas that have not been dried properly example dryer and aircon other wise staff are amazing very friendly and helpful and the amenities were useful. I will say we booked online through a seperate company but I would love to book direct next time.

The room we stayed in was fine. It could use updated furniture. The cleaning was ok, the carpets need a deep clean and to be vacuumed. Over all it worked for us, and our budget. The location was great walking distance or an easy uber to many places. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. We had a washing machine that didn't work, they gave us a key to use a different room to do some laundry, that room was VERY NICE! And next day we had a new washer installed! We did wish we had a couple more rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a couple of wash cloths for the bathroom, and garbage bags. Over all we were pleased and would recommend. It was loud (traffic and ocean) at night, so we needed a sound machine app.

This property is located on the beach, the view and location are wonderful. We were on the 25th floor, which is very high, and not really for me. It was very noisy as the seals on the sliding doors did not fit securely, it was also windy so the doors/windows rattled continually. While the apartment had everything we needed, the oven, had not been cleaned in a long time, chairs were dirty, and we found condom wrappers under one of the beds!
