I have never been satisfied with a stay like i did with a hi surf the view was amazing the beds are comfortable its really clean apartment it has everything we needed as a family i will definitely choose it again if i decide to travel to goldcoast again :)

Great ocean views and friendly staff. Very convenient as it is close to the tram station. The only disappointment was that the blinds in the room were broken. The perfect apartment to enjoy Surfers Paradise.

Awesome stay! We were on level 27 which was a massive apartment, had our little children and with the apartment size and everything it had in it was perfect for us! Great indoor and outdoor pool to use and the staff were awesome with letting us check in early and checking out late as we had some flight changes Only thing I could recommend is new cutlery as the cutlery that is in the apartments now are pretty average Love our stay though and will be back!

We loved staying here. The view every morning over looking the beautiful beach and the view of the city lights at night were amazing. Location is great very central to everything. Apartment was spacious and clean. We all loved the indoor pool and hot tub too. We hope to come back.

First impressions were low the apartment was very tired and the day we checked in the construction next door happened to be using a jackhammer. However the view could not be beaten seeing both the canal and the beach, and observing the construction progress was actually very interesting and only loud the first day. The apartment was clean, in a good location and the pool was lovely as were the staff. We would be happy to stay again.

My family and I (2 teenage sons) really loved the apartment and location of our recent stay. Located across the road from the tram station and also the beach on the other side, it was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and tidy (as per the photos), it was an easy after hours check in with the key waiting for us in an accessible lock box, and good location to find some nice restaurants only a short tram ride away. We all enjoyed our stay! Internet didn't seem to work for us, and the main TV in the living room, so more instructions on how to fix this issue or who to call after hours would be terrific. We will be back! :-)

The location is outstanding. The only thing is out tv didn’t work & we didn’t have air conditioning in the bedrooms so it was hot. We couldn’t phone reception with regards to the tv as there was no one there and/or no contact number to call.

Loved our apt. They upgraded our apt to an ocean view one on the 15th floor. The view was WOW! Each of the 2 bedrms had a view and the enormous open living area had a magnificent view of the beach. Our 3 kids used the indoor warm pool every evening as well as the spa. Apt is only 15 min walk to Cavill Ave. It also has 2 superettes on either side of it thats only 2mins away. Loved our 5days here. Highly recommend Hi Surf.

FANTASTIC! We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Absolute Beachfront Apartment which was beautifully appointed, perfectly clean and the living space and kitchen were huge. The views were incredible and we saw whales breaching out at sea. The staff were so helpful and friendly and when we asked for a slightly later checkout, we were given more time than requested without issue. Hi Surf is on the tram line, a short walk to Cavill down the Espy or beach and the perfect place to stay in Surfers. Can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you for a fabulous few days, we'll be back again soon!!
